ORDERING- How to order the items on Real Honey website

As in the classic shop, first thing that is needed is founding products that you want to order. Click on the field „ add to cart “, you put desired product in „cart“. You can put one or more items.

When you want to review which items you have chosen, click on filed „ your cart“. In this cart, you can choose how many items you want to order. In addition, you can move some products from cart if you change your mind.

You will order items from „ your cart“ when you click on field „ order desired products “. After that, you should fill in your contact data, delivery address, telephone number and method of payment.

When you click on field „ confirm“, purchase order will be created and you will receive e-mail with all elements that you put in. Ordering by internet is very simple, please, feel free to try. If you make mistake, we are here to help in any situation.

After we receive e-mail with your purchase order, we will contact you to confirm all elements from order. Only after then, we will send desired products on desired delivery address.

PAYMENT METHODS

Products which you want to buy though „Real honey“internet shop, you can pay in multiple ways:

1. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is paying amount from purchase order when picking up the shipment.
Paying is in cash „on the hands” of the courier who brings the parcel, after signing the address book.

In addition, from the amount from the order, you need to pay shipping cost to the courier.

2. E – banking

Paying by e-banking method means that you pay amount from purchase order electronically, after ordering and confirmation elements from purchase order by phone. Shipping cost are not included in invoiced amount. You should pay shipping cost to the courier after receiving the parcel and signing the address book.

3. Payment slip on the counter

Payment slip on the counter means paying by general payment slip on the post or bank counter after ordering and telephone confirmation of the purchase order. Shipping cost are not included in invoiced amount. You should pay shipping cost to the courier after receiving the parcel and signing the address book.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Where the goods are delivered?

We deliver ordered items on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, respectively, in all places where delivery and payment by delivery service by Post Express is possible.
Working hours of delivery service Post Express are from Monday to Friday from 8.00h a.m. to 19.00h p.m., Saturdays from 09.00h a.m. to 13.00h p.m.

DELIVERY TIME

After purchase order confirmation, our telephone operator will contact you as soon as possible, in order to confirm your purchase order elements and your personal data. All deliveries sent on weekdays (from Monday to Friday until 12.00h a.m. will be processed the same day (confirmed and agreed delivery date).

All deliveries sent on weekdays (from Monday to Friday after 12.00h a.m. will be processed the next day and deliveries sent on the weekends and during public holidays, the first next weekday.

Picking up the shipment

The couriers bring items to the delivery address in period from 8.00h a.m. to 19.00h p.m. It is very important to provide someone at delivery address to pick up the shipment.

When picking up the shipment, it is necessary visually inspecting the shipment in order to notice visible damage. If transport package is significantly visually damaged and you suspect that product is maybe damaged, you can refuse receipt of the shipment and inform us as soon as possible. Nowadays, people usually have mobile phones, so be free to make a photo of the damaged shipment and send us by viber, massage or e-mail. If the shipment is visually correct, please, pick up the product and sign the address book of the courier.

It is a common practice that if the courier does not find you at delivery address, immediately call you on number that you put in purchase order and agree with you the new delivery date. If the courier does not find you at the delivery address two times, he will leave a notice about shipment delivery and you can pick the product up at the a nearest post office. If the shipment was not picked up within timeframe indicated in massage, the product will be returned to us. After we receive that product, we will contact you in order to indicate reason for non-delivery and make a new arrangement about shipment delivery. Delivery cost bear yourself and pay it in cash to the courier.

If the product was not delivered at delivery address in timeframe about 48 hours, if the courier didn’t call you, please contuct us as soon as possible in order to solve the problem and provide delivery.

PRODUCT PRICES

Listed prices on website REAL HONEY are in EUR. That price will be without bank or post provision for money transaction, also, without delivery cost. Delivery cost you pay “on the hands” of the delivery courier when picking up the shipment.

If you selected cash on delivery option, only after we arrange way and delivery date, product will be sent on desired delivery address. Payment is made in dinars and product price with delivery cost you pay “on the hands” of the delivery courier when picking up the shipment. Agricultural economy has the right to cancel purchase order by e-mail as customer notice if gross error was made, for example, if listed price instead of 10.000,00 EUR is 100,00 EUR.

Agricultural economy has rights to limit quantities of some products that one customer can buy in order to prevention of abuse and enabling a wider range of consumers to get desired products.

THE WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

Customer has right to give up from signing the distance contract, respectively, from the contract signed out of business office, in timeframe from 14 days from the day when product reached the state of the consumer, without giving reasons, filling the statement of withdrawal from the contract.

Statement of withdrawal from the distance contract, respectively, from the contract signed out of business office, is considered to be sent on time if it was sent within the specified period and produces legal effect from the day when it was sent to the seller. After the specified deadline, the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract ceases.

The seller can postpone the refund until he receives the returned goods, respectively until he gain insight into the integrity of the returned product.

When the seller receives statement of withdrawal from the distance contract, the buyer will get an announcement of of withdrawal from the distance contract with return instructions.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the seller.

WORKING TIME

Online store “Real honey” is open from 00-24h, 7 days per week.

In case of emergency technical problems or in case of regular maintenance, website could not be reachable, about that you will be properly informed. Telephone confirmations of orders will be performed all 7 days a week in timeframe from 8.00h a.m. to 20.00h p.m. According to specific day, (weekdays or weekends) delivery date will be arranged in accordance with working hours of delivery courier.

We share information about your personal data, name and surname, address, telephone number with logistic partner (Post Express) in order to prepare ordered products and deliver them to desired address. Logistic partner is authorized for using your personal data solely for delivering shipments.

Payment details in online store

We do not process your debit card information in our system. Processing of this data takes place in the banking system; we only get data about transaction status.
Data entry form is provided with a highly reliable code and data security is guaranteed from our partners for online billing. Complete billing process takes place on the banks website.
If the payment is made via a payment card, the refund is made through the bank's panel.
In case of cash payment, the refund will be made by payment to the current account of the buyer.
